Positive: Easy check-in process, all information has been sent in advance. We liked the room, which has everything you need for your stay! It was clean and well-organized, we just wished there was AC as well.
Negative: It would be great to have AC in the room as the sun shining through the big window made the room very hot.

Positive: The property was just as discribed and fulfilled all of our expectation. The only small issue we had was that the water from the faucet tasted a little funny. I guess it is to ensure that the water is drinkable and up to the standard. It wasn't a big issue but something we noticed

Positive: I did not meet the personal, I could do the check-in remotely. But there is a phone number you can call 24/7 and they were very helpful. The apartment was well equipped and clean, but the environment is a bit loud, given that many clubs and concerthalls are nearby.

Positive: I really love the location. The concert hall is only 200 m down the road also is right next to a supermarket.
Negative: During our stay it was rather hot. And event tho the fan did quite a good job it was kinda hard to get some fresh air inside the room. Also the shower has a window?? If you are not traveling with your significant other that might be a bit inconvenient.
Summary: Perfect value for the price would definitely book again maybe not in summer tho.
