Positive: The apartment is good, well structured and equipped.
Negative: We weren't happy with some aspects, and even the staff didn't respond. The internet didn't work at any point, and even when we requested a solution, nothing was resolved until we left. It got to the point where our phones were blamed for the downtime, even though we used the internet in other places we stayed in the USA. I received the access code information only half an hour before check-in, which caused me apprehension since I was already in the city. Furthermore, the first information was that the apartment number would be 303, and the final information said it was 404, even though the photos on the reservation were different from the actual room we stayed in, 404. The area around the building made me feel unsafe walking. The apartment floor left my feet black with dirt. The bathroom door handle was broken and fell to the floor when I pressed it, nearly causing an accident. I reported the incident via text message, but I didn't even get a response.
Summary: Even though it was a good apartment, the lack of internet left my family frustrated.

Positive: The property was gated very good! Had to have code to get into property ground, code to get into property, then code to get into room, so it’s very safe and locked down, it was in the middle of EVERYTHING, I swear everywhere we Uber to was 15-20 min
Negative: The only thing I didn’t like was the location, just a little ghetto, I liked it though. And maybe a microwave, it says it has a full kitchen but no microwave.

Positive: The property is in a good location for visiting key LA attractions and it is reasonably priced. It is a good size, I travelled as a family of 6 and we had plenty of space. The laundry facilities are good, allowed us to pack light.
Negative: There is very little street parking in the local area so make sure you book the parking option, however I don't see why this needs to be an extra charge. The management company took 3 weeks to refund the parking key deposit. The local area isn't very nice, it's run down and their are lots of homeless people. Not advised to walk around. The floors in the apartment are not very clean. The internet wasn't working, instead of fixing I was given the code to a neighboring apartment and it is very slow, probably due to the amount of use it is getting. I can see this was reported in previous reviews and still isn't fixed.
Summary: Good value apartment, let down by the management of it. Be aware of the parking if you drive.
