Positive: For the price it was an amazing stay and staff was super nice. I would say if there are bad reviews is because really just want to complain about everything. It was clean comfortable and staff really attentive and helpful.

Negative: Very steep and small stairs that curve not for the frail or those with big luggage. Seems to be common for older buildings in this city.

Negative: room in the corner of the building. Very cold walls. I've caught a cold. Extremely overpriced for a one-month stay in such a room, I paid above 2k.
