Positive: The tulugan only and the accommodating staff.

Negative: No small kitchen sink at the room. Location is quite ok but too narrow going to the place. Billiard table and soccer playset has been ignore. Cannot use the shower. Shower head was damaged when we check-in. But Staff told us we can use the Shower room of villa 1. The water is intermittent maybe visitors were simultaneously using the water.

Negative: Location backstreets of a Baranguy,security very difficult to lock door,no drinking water in room,no where to hang clothes wardrobe needs fixing, internet reception poor,unable to contact accommodation as phone number changed,mosquitoes,one window with no curtain,sink drain not sealed,damp in bathroom causing mould and paint peeling, electrical outlet not working and extension ran to feed tv power,light fixture full of dead bugs,fly screens and windows not properly fixed and unlocked Aircon above tv making it a hazard due to water drips,broken tiles around pool area at kitchen area.

Negative: 15 to 20 people came in for a day pass just to use kitchen and pool… this was not agréable for people staying in the resort. We did not use the pool because too many people using …
