Summary: The hotel would have been excellent in every way, except for poor air conditioning. It was way too warm! Staff were great. The outdoor restaurant was very pleasant. It was quiet. The shuttle was excellent! I recommend this hotel for being near the airport - just not in hot weather.

Summary: I was placed in a room with non-working air conditioner. I suspect the hotel knew of the problem because a service person showed up at my door five minutes after I arrived to my room without me calling them. I had to repack some luggage and move to another room. I spent about 2 hrs of my time doing so. The hotel offered no compensation as a professional courtesy.

Summary: Everything was great except check-in. It was about 1 a.m. There was a very long line and only one person checking everyone in. Eventually, another clerk joined. The actual check-in process for each person or couple seemed very long. The staff were all friendly.

Summary: The shuttle bus is convenient, the hotel is well-managed, the restaurant staff were great, the room was comfortable and clean. My only complaint is that the other restaurant- Unterschweinstiege- is closed many days of the week. I was really looking forward to eating there, and was disappointed that they weren't even open on a Saturday.

Summary: It was just a place to sleep before our flight back home. Not really conveniently located to anything but the airport. Shuttle service was great but the terminal 1 bus fills up extremely quickly by flight crews. It runs often but it was pretty well packed every time

Summary: Everything was exceptional at the hotel. However, I would change the instructions on how to get on the shuttle at terminal 2. It's very general. This resulted our family & another to be overlooked by the driver , resulting in a 20 minute extra wait time.
