Summary: One of the best hotel rooms we have stayed in. Heated floors & bath towels in the Bathroom. Touch controls for the shower and bath with the ability to set the exact temperature of the water. Room was very quiet even though there was a band playing in the courtyard below. Buffet breakfasts and dinner at Oscar and concierge service was exceptional.

Summary: This an extremely large and beautiful hotel and very well located. The hotel is pristine, the staff welcoming and very receptive. Our bed was wonderfully comfortable. The hotel is located close to all that we wanted to see and do and the area was very safe and had lots of amenities.

Summary: I liked the hotel very much, but the property certainly needs an update. The decor is fine, just rundown. What a beautiful bar, but the wood is chipped and stained. The room was spacious but the furniture was dated. I’ll still visit again, but these superficial things are what keeps this hotel from achieving greater status in my book.
