Positive: Fantastic family run business with everything we needed. The room sparkled. The level of care and love is above and beyond expectations. We were treated like honored guests every day - the food (and harbor view) at Dimitri’s was delicious. The beer was fresh, baklava incredible. Cabs to Fira and an unforgetable catamaran tour were arranged for us. Our final night was celebrated with traditional music, fire dancing in the street, and the breaking of plates. Opa!

Positive: Stella's rooms are behind and above the family run Taverna Dimitris. Everyone was welcoming and their warmth and friendliness reminded me of my early travels in Greece in the 1970's and 80's when most accommodation was in family properties and hosts were genuinely concerned for guests' comfort and enjoyment. My room was a good size, very clean and while the facilities were aging they were well maintained and functional. I also enjoyed eating at the Taverna which overlooks the local port. On Friday nights there is live traditional Greek music which I highly recommend. I really enjoyed my stay.
Negative: The hot water took a while come through for the shower, but it did arrive.

Positive: This family run place was close to the beach and overlooks the harbor. Everyone is as friendly and the taverna was very nice
Negative: It worked for me! Not fancy but simple and perfect. I had a shower in the bathroom without any divider- so the floor got wet.
