Large yard with adorable children's playhouse and hammock, etc. Massive wrap around screened porch. Living room has two portable AC units, 1st floor bedroom has a 2 twin beds and ensuite bath with tub and 1 AC unit, 2nd floor has a bedroom with 1 King bed and 1 AC unit, 1 Queen bed and 1 AC unit, 2 Twins and 1 AC unit, 2 Twins and 1 AC unit and hall bath with old clawfoot tub plus another hall 3/4 bath. 1/2 bath off laundry room on the 1st floor and enclosed outside shower. Detached garage apartment has 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, 1 with 2 twins and a set of bunks and the other with 1 double bed and a shared bath with a tub and central air conditioning.
