Within walking distance to shopping, dining, the Palace Playland amusement park and is just a few steps from the Old Orchard Beach Pier.
This condo has a fully equipped kitchen including a Keurig coffee maker, slow cooker, toaster, blender, and lobster pot. In-unit laundry. This home sleeps a maximum of 6 with a pull-out sofa in the living room. Central A/C and heat. All linens and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels, though!
The building features an indoor pool, sauna and workout room. Accommodations for two cars; one on-site and one off-site parking spot is provided. (Off-site is about 1/4 mile away-within walking distance)

Summary: This is our second time staying at this beautiful condo located right next to the Pier. Beautiful spacious bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. Kitchen has everything you need! Clean and beautifully decorated and even has everything you need for the beach. Many beach chairs, towels, beach toys, etc. Everything is within walking distance and beach front convenience. Favorite place to stay at OOB.

Summary: My husband and I traveled with our 2 year old, and my in-laws. This apartment has everything you will need to cook, and to enjoy a comfortable stay. Check in and check out it’s easy. The view from the balcony is pretty, and the parking lot does not interfere. The location of the building it’s perfect. We loved our stay. Would definitely book again! Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful apartment in OOB!!!

Summary: We had a great time. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our family. The kids loved swimming in the pool in the evenings. It is in great central location to many things so we stayed very busy.

Summary: Great location! I loved waking up and walking right out onto the beach. The condo is clean and comfortable, and has everything you need for your home away from home. I liked that it was near the pier but tucked away a little so at night it only took turning the fan on to drown out the music. And there are so many food choices all within walking distance. We loved it so much we are already planning our beach vacation for next summer.
