Across the street you'll find Sofield Park, offering a large grassy lawn and a sandy beach perfect for relaxing and swimming - kayaks and paddle boards are provided! Walking distance from the Marina, dog park, and a 18-hole championship golf course open to the public. Minutes from world-class mountain biking and hiking trails. There's no shortage of fun & activities here!
Parking for up to 4 vehicles with FREE EV CHARGING! The three-level fully furnished home is designed for comfort and convenience. The main floor is bright and airy with an open-concept living and dining room, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, and 3 sets of floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open up to a private 700 sqft wraparound deck offering stunning lake views, outdoor dining and a gas BBQ. There are two bedrooms on the main floor both with Queen-Size beds and private en-suite bathrooms.
The primary bedroom on the lower level features a King bed, a private en-suite, and a desk set up as a dedicated workspace. The lower level family rec room is equipped with a flat-screen TV with all the streaming services, stereo, pool table, wet bar, and a 300 sqft deck through double sliding glass doors, along with an exterior entrance leading to a kids play gym.
The upper level of the home provides sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests. The open loft area has a bunk bed, with a twin bed on top and double bed on bottom, and full bathroom that will always be available to guests. There is a 5th Bedroom that includes a double bed + three single beds.
Enjoy the convenient location, with Downtown Bellingham just 20 minutes away, the US/Canada border 35 minutes away, Seattle and Vancouver BC Canada 1.5 hours away, and 1.5 hours to Mt. Baker.

Summary: We had a great time gathering for a guys weekend at the house; the hosts were very responsive to all questions and were well organized. Only minor hiccup was a tv that stopped working; however, they had it replaced quickly for us to use. Overall great experience!

Summary: The house is great. Comfortable and well equipped From the photos I assumed the grassy area was our backyard. It’s in a neighborhood and surrounded by many homes. So not private. Marina is basically for residents. Nothing to rent for visitors to go on the lake. Emma was very responsive and accommodating.

Summary: The venue is perfect for our group's annual golf trip. In addition to the picturesque view, the Great room and the outside deck with a fire pit are great for socializing at the end of the day, and the local market and stores have everything we need to make our trip planning easy. The check-in / check-out process is simple, and the host was easy to communicate with. This was the sixth time we have stayed here and will come back again.

Summary: 11 of us flew in for a family function. The house is cozy, with basement level master bedroom (quite big), cozy sectional, and pool table. This was the retreat for the early risers who didn't want to disturb those on the 3rd floor. Two rooms with bathrooms on the main floor, and were exactly as posted. On the top floor of this A frame home, there is a bedroom with a door, a bathroom, and a 5th room that is actually a loft with a full sizedbed and twin on top. Although this worked fine for us, if you wanted a 5th room with a bedroom door, know this is not that room. The owner was wonderful, helpful, and patient. On the main floor, the dining and living open space was great to gather and share stories. The balconies on the lower level and main floors were a good spill out area. The kitchen...has everything. Well stocked worth tools, pans, dishes, etc... this was greatly appreciated by our large family who were coming every meal. The family was so happy with this property. I would definitely stay again.

Summary: It was the perfect place for a family Christmas. Not only was there enough communal space for enjoying each other‘s company, everyone had their own space and bathroom to get away from each other from time to time! Would definitely highly recommend!

It was well-maintained, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we could have wished for. Summary: Amazing, peaceful, beautiful scenic cabin by the lake. We had a great time here as a family during our 4 day stay. The neighbours were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The resourceful and thoughtful owners left us with access to a kayak and paddle board among other recreational items. Would definitely recommend others to stay here. One thing that could improve is having less rules for self- cleanup before checking out, either get the hired cleaners to do it or think about omitting/reducing the cleaning fee!
