Summary: This place would be a lot better in the summer when the town is actually open. Not really their fault for that but it would have been nice to have had a heads up that the town was completely dead this time of year. The space is renovated nicely. You can tell whoever did it knew what they were doing. Shower is a little on the small end. At 5'10 and 200 lb I could barely fit in it. Something to keep in mind for larger guests. All in all, for the price, this was a great stay.

Summary: I stood here with my family for 2 days. The pull out couch was particularly not very comfortable for my 2 boys and the bathroom is small, but for 2 nights it was fine. This place was pricey but clean and very conveniently located. We walked literally 2 minutes to get to the beach entrance. And we also walked to the boardwalk area. Hampton Beach was just a short drive up the road and we checked out their boardwalk one evening as well. In all we had a very nice time and enjoyed our stay!

Summary: We loved our stay and can't wait to return next summer! The place had everything we needed - dishes, cookware, etc. And a relaxing outdoor space. Minutes walk to the beach. Very quiet at night. Highly recommend!

Summary: We came for a weekend away from home. We were so thrilled that this cozy little place was just like home away from home. We highly recommend anyone staying here. Jiza was an absolute charm/sweetheart. She took care of every question we had. Was so so excellent in responding to our text. This place is as it is exactly described. Our place to recommend, for an activity, go to Plum Island and Bob’s Lobster in Newburyport, MA. Don’t let Bob’s place fool you, the most delicious fresh fried haddock and onion rings. Our 2nd time eating there. This precious place is so wonderfully centered for beach walking. We totally recommend everyone to stay. Enjoy

Summary: My daughter and I enjoyed our 2 night stay here. The apartment is cute, cozy, and clean. It’s location is close walk to beach and pier. My only complaints is the pull out couch bed. It’s not something that can comfortably be slept on. It is an old thin mattress with coils that dig into your bones. The corn hole only comes with 5 sacs which basically makes the game useless. The bedroom doesn’t have curtains so it gets really bright early in the morning hours. I don’t think it’s worth 750.00 for 2 nights.
