Summary: We had a nice time on Treasure Island. The location of the property was amazing! The cleaniness of the house and the mainteance needed work. The house was a bit run down,lights needed to be replaced, marks all over hte walls and holes in the hallways. Sand was all over the floor and in the couches, there was tiny bugs in the kitchen and the masterbedroom sheets were ripped and comforter stained. The manager was notified and sent pictures immediately. Heather was attentive and offered to rectify the situation. She sent housekeeping (who had me change my own sheets) but did vacuum the sand and Orkin came the next day to spray the house. In spite of that, we had a wonderful vacation and would go back to Treasure Island and stay in a different place.

Summary: Very spacious and comfortble for a familly stay. Perfect location for long weekend. We were fortunate to have family living in St Pete that were able to direct us to restaurants and vneues. We had to make a hurried departure getting family to flights north. Our granddaughter (4) had to have a last minute swim. She had a fast shower and change and left a swimsuit behing, I got a call regarding the suit. A kind surprise, Fortunately not needed. Thank you for such extended service

Summary: Place was nice in a great location. But Tv on Rooftop didnt work, nor did the grill. Both advertised as amentities. Would stay again if these items were fixed

Summary: We enjoyed our stay steps from the lovely beach. The house was perfect for family and the location was wonderful. The house had everything we needed. We would definitely stay in this house again.

Summary: We did a Mother-Daughter trip. We gave the girls the master and it worked out great. Beach right across the street…had to Uber for nightlife but otherwise Perfect location for tanning!

Three bedrooms, each having their own bathroom which made life so easy. My daughter and her husband and two small children occupied the large room. Then my son and his wife and daughter occupied the bedroom on the top floor which worked good for them with the sofa bed. And I took the other bedroom. Lots of privacy if needed. And the elevator came in so handy with the luggage and groceries.This unit came with many amenities such as beach toys, pack n play, high chair, children gates for the stairs, beach chairs and beach wagon.Caddy's was across the street and lots of fun. Love their speciality drinks.The beach was so easy to get to (right across the street).The roof top of this place made it so nice to watch the sun set and take in the view of the ocean.I would strongly recommend this place to anyone. And NextHome Beach Time Realty is great to work with. They always responded to any emails quickly, even on the weekends. I would highly recommend the Sunset Dolphin Cruise out of John's Pass. They did a great job and were so friendly and informational on the area and dolphins.

Summary: Family of 6 - ages ranged from 82 to 1. Walked to the beach with three children ages 1 to 5. First time for them to see sand and ocean. So excited! St. Petersburg Pier was amazing and the view was beautiful! Great time was had by all!
