Summary: It was ok, for the price it worked just fine for one night. I booked the wrong day but was still accommodated.

Summary: Unfortunately I can't say many good things about this hotel. The only two things good are the gentleman at the reception and the price compared to other hotels. First of all the smell of moist welcomes you to your room. The other thing is this hotel is right on the main road which feels like all the cars using that road are in your room. There is no noise isolation on the premises, so all the main road noise is in your room. Also you can hear other rooms clearly, even the conversations. The bathroom is too small and the hairdryer doesn't work. Same random people are always wandering around the hotel and never leave. That feels totally insecure. But if you don't mind about these details you can definitely stay here, I don't want to act like this is hell, not at all. I have to mention that the whole US side of Niagara Falls is really not as good as I expected so this facility is. US side looks more like New Jersey type of place. So if price looks good to you, please stay here, you don't have to be scared..

Summary: The shower kept going from burning hot to cold while using it. The ac didn't work. The fan in the bathroom blows out really hot air. It was ok for one night but never for more than that.

Summary: We needed some place just to crash not a fancy one and we found this, I expected worse when I read the reviews but turned out it’s better. My room was dated but clean. The water pressure in the shower was the best. The location is great, close to everything. The owner was very accommodating. For the price, it’s a bargain

Summary: Need mid sized hand towels, not just washclothes andshower towels(could use new towels as they are getting worn out). Adjoining wall room was making loud noise and banging walls at all hours while we tried to sleep. It sounded like a WWE wrestler match at 2-3 AM every night. Room was clean, comfirtable, sheets & linens were good. No safety concerns in the area, only less than 15 minutes to THE FALLS area and easy to get too. Lots of shopping and food within a mile or 2. Front desk was very pleasant and helpful, in addition to providing visitors guide and making recommendations about visiting Niagra State Park, the activities and parking suggestions. This place is an old school Motel that was all we needed for a few days in the Niagra area and affordable.

Summary: The front desk lady was friendly. However, you can connect their WiFi but no internet service or extremely slow and nothing worked. The front desk restarted their router many times and still not working. Bed sheet has blood stains. Remote control has no battery. Sound insulation is terrible and the next room party from 11pm to 2 am until I went to their door requested them to lower their noises. Overall, spent $175 for a night and my family almost can not sleep till after 2 am. I will never come back.

Summary: Office manager didn't speak English, the room needs updates to A/C and electric outlets, towels were threadbare, no ice machine, very few amenities. The beds were uncomfortable.

Summary: We (family of 6; 1 senior, 3 adults and 2 kids) stayed there for one night. We had booked two family rooms. Each room had two double beds, comfortable for a night's stay and good sleep. The owner of the place, Yash, had called up on the day of check-in to confirm our reservation. Budget-friendly, clean and comfortable accommodation option for families in a tourist prominent place. Rooms were exactly as in photos and had all the described amenities.
