Summary: This was our 2nd stay at the Sterling. The entrance was under construction, we had to walk around the workers and step over their tools to get into the hotel - it was rather awkward. The room was large and had 2 levels. The bed was good. Oddly, the room didn’t have a separate bathroom, the shower opened to the room as was the sink. The toilet had a door. The shower didn’t have a light and was incredibly dark. My spouse shined his light into the shower to check the controls (it’s a steam shower) and we saw clumps of long brown hair on the floor of the shower. The breakfast was included and was lovely, the service was on time and the order accurate. Based on our most recent experience, we’d choose a different hotel, there’s a lot to choose from in Niagara Falls.

Summary: Hotel staff was fantastic! Breakfast brought to the room daily. Walking distance to all attractions. Easy parking. Loved our experience Would definitely recommend the hotel and would love to stay again in the future

Summary: This was our third visit. Last visit was about 5 years ago. The hotel needs updating. Decor and finishes are out of date. Mattress needs replacing.

Summary: 10 mins walk from the Clifton Hill entertainment, plenty of eateries. Very large room with sofa bed meant comfortable for family. "Breakfast in bed" was a novelty but a hardboiled egg is lame as a breakfast and this novelty would wear thin after more than a couple of nights stay

Summary: Overall good mattresses need to be updated didn’t sleep comfortably at all. Need sitting areas outside just for relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. More than just one waistband in the room.

Summary: Incredible stay. My preference is to have a dark room when I sleep. The curtains did nothing to stop the sun from shining in when morning came. One side of the room had black out blinds and curtains and one side did not. Breakfast was fantastic and staff were great.

Summary: Nice enough hotel with good size rooms. Just over 5 mins walk to Clifton Hill area, so convenient. One surprise was that they dont have a breakfast room - It is delivered on a tray to your room in the morning. This means you get what you are given with little choice on what you get and how much. Having said that, what was provided was OK. As with many hotels in town, parking is not included in your room price.
