Positive: The house : It was big and lots of spaces, so it is suitable if you are staying with family or group of friends. The house was also clean. It has a clean kitchen with cooking tools and also a dining room. It also has a washing machine+dryer. It has a jacuzzi outside. It is 1 big house but they rent it separately, so you have also another family/person that renting the other part of the house, but you will not be bothered with it..it will be like, you have a neighbour's next door. The Rooms : The bedroom was spacious with a big bed for 2 persons and the bathroom also spacious and clean, the bed were comfy only the pillow is too soft for me but perfect for my husband. Airco: They only have a portable airco, so in the summer, you just need to open all the windows and doors to keep the house cooler. The communication : The owner response faster and really friendly. The location : In a quiet golf resort, up in a hill so you can see the view from the windows of the house, which is really beautiful, near the forest/nature and beach, 40 minutes driving to Stockholm, near the supermarket. We were really happy staying here for 9 days during our holiday and we are highly recommend it if you're looking for a place for family holiday that is cozy, spacious, clean and surround by nature.

Positive: Really peaceful, beautiful location, surrounded by lakes and nature, with Stockholm city centre only a 40 minute drive. Great house, everything you need, spotlessly clean with a very attentive and responsive host. Highly recommend.

Positive: We very much enjoyed every moment of our stay at this place. The villa is very beautiful, well-kept, spacious and ideally located in the archipelago close to nature but still a convenient 50 mins drive to Stockholm. Our teenager loved the room upstairs and there were even 2 more lovely rooms upstairs and one downstairs. Communication with the owners was quick and easy and we were hosted with a super helpful attitude from the very beginning: tips for good places to visit etc. Would absolutely recommend the place with no reservations! Will come again.
Negative: Nothing to complain.

Negative: Chaotic organisation: 3 different versions of arrival instructions in one week (key box, then new code, then digital key via app), food voucher that was part of the booking was not provided, breakfast was not provided on all days

Positive: 1. Beautiful and really cozy studio, everything new & clean (IKEA + Jusk). 2. Just 15 min by walk to Norrviken train station (Stockholm or Arlanda Airport). 3. Clear instructions about check-in ✅
Negative: 1. After booking and paying in full, I received a message from support asking me to either pay a higher price (+35%) or cancel the booking - supposedly due to someone else's "mistake". I regularly use Bookin.com, and this is the first time I have encountered such an unacceptable approach. After this, I was convinced that the owner wants to increase the price and cancel the reservation, and is not interested in accepting guests at the price that he himself fixed on Booking.com 2. The washing machine, which is in the property description, did not work. The owner reported this as a fact and only offered to cancel the reservation (again! A few days before check-in). Despite my question, the owner did not offer any solutions to this problem at all. Because of this, I lost time and money on laundry in the next city on my trip. 3. There is no heating in the room, only a mobile heater. It turned off at night and didn't turn on again in the morning, which made room very cold 🥶 4. There are very beautiful salt and pepper shakers in the kitchen, but there is no salt or pepper in them :) There is also a teapot, but there is no tea or coffee. The owner did not respond at all to my message during my stay in the studio.
Summary: Beautiful studio, but with inexperienced management 🫤
