Summary: Very small loft room number 6 Difficult access for people and luggage. Location was good close to metro and shops

Summary: The manager was very responsive via email or text. We stayed in a unit with a bathroom, which was a plus (the other units had communal bathroom), but we had 2 very scratchy towels and hand towels. No washcloths or bath mat. It was very clean and the shower was great, but I dreaded using those thin scratchy towels! In addition, the toilet did not flush completely-you had to hold it down for a while a couple of times. There is no insulation against noise-you can hear everyone outside your room-and there are no windows or air circulation. This was a bargain price to stay in Stockholm, so not having windows or a larger room was not a problem-but the towels and noise could use improvement.

Summary: I had terribly experience with this small “hotel “, not friendly check in processing given me very hard time ，I been locked outside of the door for 2 hours , I have to download the APP for check in but it shouldn’t be that hard if someone can tell me that check in procedure one day earlier , another thing is that the steps are so narrow , it is so hard to ask a more than 70 years old man to move all the luggage’s to the room of upstair. In the room, overhead light is not working, AC power outlet is not working……, all of those experiences really make me so disappointed☹️☹️☹️！
