Less then a mile from the nicest boat ramp on Stockton lake, the beach, grocery store, hardware store.. and the greatest coffee shop in town! Plenty of space for the whole family, lots of off street parking! Bring your boat (when we stay, we bring two 30ft boats, there is plenty of parking) !
Two covered patios to relax after a day on the lake! The house is smaller, but plenty of amenities that make even the longest stays enjoyable!

Summary: We had a fantastic weekend at your house! The house is very close to town and the marina we like to go to. The beds were some of the most comfortable beds we have slept in away from home. I do have a few things that would make the house even better. I could not find a cutting board in the kitchen, some kitchen towels would be nice also, it would be nice if the beds had top sheets not just the fitted sheet, and washcloths in the bathroom for showers. Aside from those few things our family loved this house and we look forward to staying here again.
