Summary: We spent 4 nights from Christmas Day with my family along with our dog and really enjoyed the stay at the Stone cottage and the nearby small towns and beaches. Jeff and Karyn were very welcoming . The stay was comfortable and they provided lot of extra supplies to ensure there is enough. We felt very special as there was a fresh bread baking when we checked in. Great experience overall .

Summary: We were really looking forward to a 2 night stay in the after a couple of long days driving. Stone cottage did not disappoint. It was very quaint and well equipped and the homemade bread was a bonus. The weather was ordinary but we were happy vegging. We pre planned a number of options for food as there was no supermarket handy. Our dog really enjoyed the enclosed yard. We would recommend the tranquility of Stone Cottage to anyone.

Summary: Beautiful property. Amenities and extras that were available kept making the expectation heightened. Walked through the door to the beautiful smell of fresh homemade bread that was left in the bread warmer! Fantastic enclosed garden/backyard for dogs. Jaw dropping views from every window. One of the few places that the wife and I have saved as a 100% will return, likely with the kids next time :)

Summary: Nestled into the surrounding forrest and mountains this cottage overlooks the nearby river and valley. We wanted to unwind and disconnect from the world on this weekend getaway. We got exactly that from this charming cottage and surrounding area. Bringing enough food - we didn’t have to leave the area at all. Was lovely to arrive to smell of fresh baked bread -which we enjoyed on bbq steak sandwich’s as we sat outside enjoying the view! The river was a refreshing dip and the cottage gardens were well fenced for our dog that joined us. The hiking trails were overgrown, so hoping next time they are more accessible - but that is the joy of walking on trails never know what you are going to get.

From the moment you walked in you could smell the freshly baked bread and Karyn and Jeff supplied you with goodies like fresh eggs, milk, juice, chocolates and more! The fireplace was stacked and ready to go aswell! It was so comfy and the views simply magical. The regular daily visit by one of the dogs was the icing on the cake... he was checking in to say hello and we loved it! The stay was peaceful and you really had everything you wanted. We've been on a few rural cottage stays all wonderful, but this one... really did exceed our expectations. Thank you so much Jeff and Karyn for making it an experience to remember.
