Positive: Clean and spacious apartment, well placed for getting out into the countryside. Leeds than 20 minutes from the town centre, restaurants etc. Hosts were friendly, and we appreciated the flexibility around departure times.
Negative: The apartment is on the drive of the owner's house so doesn't have the privacy of some. We would have preferred blinds or curtains on the windows to control the light levels. Some of the fittings are a bit old - the sofa was not particularly comfortable and the TV isn't great. The kitchen wasn't as well lit as some, and the corkscrew was broken (eek!).
Summary: Nice apartment, but not the most private.

Positive: The location is quiet with great views. Communication was excellent, Rod & Gail responded very quickly to any questions and very accommodating with earlier check in. The accommadtion was spotless and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and loved the extra touches in the bathroom.
Negative: The second bed was ok for our 13 year old but maybe not for an adult although for a night or 2 would be ok. That is the only thing as everything else was excellent.
Summary: Tranquil location. Excellent hosts. Sopt on accommodation.
