Summary: The TV would turn on with the remote but could not change the channels. Called Front Desk and person came up and said you had to point the remote at the box that was sitting on a shelf to the left of the TV. It would be great if there were instructions by the TV to let everyone know this is how to change channels.

Summary: Stay was great. The only thing that was just ok was the breakfast. Not much to choose from. No bacon hash browns or fried eggs.

Summary: No a/c we were boiling with the little fan. The cleanliness was also average, bathroom fan is disgusting and bathroom tile was stained with previous toilet leak from the room above. No renovations since it was built in 2000 something.

Summary: We were happy with the hotel...The lady in charge of the continental breakfast was amazing..she went out of her way to accomadate everyone...she was extremely pleasant

Summary: The pool was painfully cold, unusable cold, and there were no clean towels. Additionaly, even though we registered 3 people, the sofa bed did not have any linens. The patio door didn’t lock, and the air conditioning was sub standard. The breakfast was actually really great with fresh eggs and the breakfast attendant was extremely friendly!

Summary: Nice hotel. We checked in around 930 PM after a day at Canada’s Wonderland and had to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. This was the only issue we had and they were very apologetic about it which was nice. Hotel is conveniently close to the highway and close to stores. We’re coming back in November.

Summary: Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and spacious. The lobby and hallways were a little warm. And even though the AC in the room was set at the lowest setting, our room was still a little warmer than we would have liked for our 3 day stay.

Summary: Most helpful staff. My door lock was defective and they fixed it very promptly. Carin (not sure of spelling) was so sweet and friendly. Mary was so efficient and helpful. All staff were professional and friendly. Already booked for next year’s folk festival.
