Positive: The view was great. It was nice to sit on the deck and watch the ocean. Very close to the beach access. Large house.
Negative: The house is kind of dated. 70's vibe, but very comfortable.

Positive: Size of the house. Has so much room. We loved the fully fenced front and side yards for the dogs!! Semi-stocked kitchen. Very close proximity to the beach.
Negative: Advertised as having a bbq grill but there was none. Some blinds are hard to open/close. Should provide a fan for at least the top and bottom areas.
Summary: Wonderful weekend!! We will be back!!

Positive: Location to beach, deck, separation of space, pets allowed, view.
Negative: It would’ve been nice to know it was lacking a lot of amenities that we would have brought with us had we known. Things like sheets for extra beds, batteries for dead remotes and storage things for the kitchen like baggies and foil and such. It was also very difficult to find the lock box to get in.
Summary: I would stay here again because of it’s proximity to the beach and the mellow vibes. I appreciate that it was affordable

Positive: Location was great. Great crabbing and sightseeing.
Negative: The house has not been professional cleaned. Floors and carpet were dirty. Almost every dish in the kitchen was dirty. The oven was unusable as it appears to have never been cleaned. No sheets for the second bed upstairs. Complintary soap was empty in bathroom.
Summary: Great location. Decent price. Needs to be cleaned better.
