Positive: Loved the Ambience, the room was great, huge garden and outdoor pool, lovely breakfast.

Negative: Needed a bit of TLC in places and a good clean and tidy up outside, eg windows.

Positive: The host was excellent, made us feel very welcome and very helpful with local knowledge, he couldn’t be any better yet left you in peace when required The location Wes beautiful and a very restful nights sleep. Star of the show was “nutmeg” the terrier.

Positive: The bedroom was spacious, light and very pretty, with lovely furniture and textiles. The bathroom was large, with a claw-foot bath, a spacious shower and 2 x basins. The house is interesting and attractive and very close to Sherborne. Hosts were friendly, helpful and flexible. The breakfast was generous and tasty, made with free-range and local produce.

Summary: An excellent B&B property which we would highly recommend.
