Summary: We love the room. Although the carpet in the hallways and it make it a little difficult to walk it still was a great stat.

Summary: This place is amazing. I’ve never stayed in a place quite like this. I got one of the cottage themed rooms and it was amazing. It was extremely comfortable (except for the pillows but it’s rare to get good pillows in a hotel). It was so spacious it felt like the room kept going. The room I booked had a fireplace which helped my wife stay warm even though I was hot and she was cold. The shower had good room and pressure. The woman who checked me in was very friendly and informative. I don’t know if I’ll ever go back to Des Moines but if I do I’m staying here no questions ask. In fact I’m going to find out if Stoney Creek has other places. I loved this place.

Summary: Location is great. This place needs a little love. It was pretty clean. Has an inside/ outside pool and a hot tub. Pool is not heated. Pets are welcome and I didn't hear any noise. A few restaurants were within walking distance.

Summary: We have stayed at Stoney Creek many times over the years we love the rooms they’re always clean. The only thing I would say is we got a room with a fireplace and it wound up not working other than that which is just a maintenance issue great place to stay

Summary: The hotel looked good from the outside but inside was rundown with torn, wrinkled carpets in the hallways, chipped door casings, etc. At check-in, the staff did not give us directions to the room and we could not find it and had to go back to the front desk to ask and had to wait for a few minutes for someone to appear. It was a relief to check out and leave. I would not go back to this hotel.
