Summary: Beautifully finished and well equipped cottage. Would have preferred another Queen bed in 2nd bedroom (has double). A short walk to the beach, as advertised! Awesome beach!! Incredibly clean glass windows throughout! Needed a wine decanter...so we bought you one.

Summary: The cottage wad nicely appointed and the rooms were all a good size!the yard was huge which was great for the two year old and VERY clean!the beach was huge and although the weather was not great we had a great time when we got out!well worth the money spent!

Summary: We had another wonderful stay at Sandy Shore - our 4th summer in a row staying here. We had great vacation...long days at the beach, lots of seafood, great day trips. Sandy Shore is a perfect setup. Well equipped kitchen, beautiful deck and screened in porch, and Netflix, videos, games and books for the occasional rainy day. Looking forward to our stay next year.

Summary: Sue and Adriaan have thought of everything! This is the best kept secret on St. Peter's harbour road! Travelling from afar no problem! Everything you need is there. Just bring your clothes and if you forget your toothbrush hey have extras under the bathroom sink! The beach is spectacular and the sunsets are like nothing you've seen before. This was our second year renting at Sandy Shores and I have already talked to Sue about next years dates! You will not be disappointed. So much to do in the area and even if it's not sunny you will always find something!

Summary: Spotless, tranquil setting, incredibly well-equipped, minutes from the beach, what more can we say? If you haven't booked this cottage yet, do it now. Seriously. You won't find aything better in PEI. And Susan was a great host, keeping in contact and making sure we had everything we needed.

Summary: Visiting from Australia ... touched down right across this beautiful country ... Victoria, Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Halifax and a final restful (after all that travel) week on the shores of Prince Edward Island. Sandy Shores was the perfect place to call home while we wound down to Island speed. Every comfort and convenience you could possibly hope to need and a private setting to help one appreciate it all. We could have stay right there for the whole week and never moved ... but sunrise and sunset walks on the beach beckoned 5 minutes walk over the dunes. Mornings were bliss with sun rising over a slightly misty landscape, cocktails on the deck after an energetic, or lazy day depending on your attitude. Perfection! Or, if you like, all of the tourist attractions PEI has to offer only a short drive away. Go there ... you won't regret it!

Summary: Wow this cottage is spectacular!!!!Sue and Adrian have thought of everything!!! The beach is incredible. The wagon fits a large cooler and 4 chairs and an umbrella which are all here at the cottage. The deck box is full of games/toys surf boards and a skim board! Our son loved that board when the tide is out you can skim along the sand bars. In the morning it is so peaceful here. We either sit in the wonderful screen room or the front deck.if you are a bird watcher you will be in heaven. There are even binoculars here to use. The night sky is like nothing we had ever seen before either. We travelled from Ontario and not having to bring towels/ sheets etc was so helpful. Our son forgot his toothbrush and there are extras (in a package of course!) under the bathroom sink! First aid supplies in the bathroom cupboard and soap and shampoo! The kitchen has everything including coffee tea sugar salt pepper spices etc. We couldn't fit everything in that we would have wanted to do in a week so next year it has to be 2 weeks!!!
