Positive: Excellent location for exploring beautiful Launceston. We walked everywhere. The apartment is situated at the back of the block and is quiet. The washer/dryer is very useful and detergent is supplied. Towels are soft and fluffy. Bedding and the supplied toiletries are plentiful and nice quality. Parking is conveniently located just outside the back entrance which makes it easy for loading and unloading. Communication with the host is prompt and friendly.

Negative: The views are to the carpark and the back of the adjoining buildings. Curtains and blinds maintain privacy.
