Summary: I was staying at the hotel due to my daughter being in the hospital. It was one of the worst experiences of staying in a hotel I ever had. The floor was filthy, hole in bathroom wall, no vent cover on vent in bathroom, room was dusty, hair in shower, no cold water in shower only scalding hot to where you couldn't take a shower at all, bed was nothing, but springs and people next door were so rude with slamming doors all night long. I will never stay there again or recommend.

Summary: Staff is always friendly and helpful even though it’s a rougher type neighborhood. Rooms are always clean. Definitely worth the visit. Sarah at the front desk is amazing always willing to help super friendly.

Summary: AC blew warm air even when on lowest setting. It’s says non smoking property but everyone is smoking outside. Don’t feel to safe if you’re a women traveling alone. All in all the staff is amazing
