Summary: Pool was not open and it was hot the whole stay. If your pool is not open or you know its gonna be closed let people know so they can make other arrangements.

Summary: The floor in the kitchen is very slippery and dangerous. No pad under tile floor causes moisture to buildup on the floor. No water pressure in shower. And bathroom floor around toilet also stays wet. Not returning kitchen floor is dangerous.

Summary: The place was very quiet with exception of housekeeping banging on the door. Totally not necessary prior to 11am. The refrigerator didn't get cold. And the bathroom floor wasn't swept and mopped. Get it together please 🙏.

Summary: The room was great! No complaints with the room at all. The Hotel staff was absolutely terrible! I made the reservation for my brother who was traveling back home after losing our father to Lymphoma. I made sure to list his name as the guest and opted to pay for the room in advance to limit any issues for him at check-in. The woman who checked him in was rude and accused him of not pre-paying for the room. When he was walking away to go retrieve his phone from his car to show her the reservation and payment confirmation, she shoved paperwork at him to sign and gave him his room key. I know that she was not aware that he had already been traveling for 2 days prior to arriving to this location, but there was no courtesy or friendliness, no charm, just attitude and negativity. Do better! Remember that everyone is traveling for different reasons! It's not always a vacation or fun trip! Long hours of driving, sitting in the same position, looking at the same scenery for hours on end.. a simple smile and kindness goes a long way to the weary traveler who is already somber due to the reason for traveling. 04/15/2025 check-in at 9:52pm.. whoever you are, I want everyone to know what a crappy human you are.

Summary: Pleasant and friendly staff and stay, as always. One of the bed supports was broken, but other than that, fine stay.

Summary: The room had a refrigerator/freezer. I put some stuff in the freezer and noticed the door wouldn't close all the way, therefore it was running non stop and the refrigerator was not cool. After I was in the room a while and barefoot, I stepped on something. I looked at the bottom of my foot. It was completely black. Looked at my other foot, same thing. Next morning I take a shower. After letting the hot water run full I finally decided it was going to be a cold shower. Not sure the temp ever got to 90 degrees. Proves you get what you pay for.
