Positive: If you are simply looking for accommodation to sleep in, while being located in the 1st arrondissement of Paris, right next to the Louvre, and want to explore the city easily, this place is perfect for you. The accommodation was clean and warm, and we did not need extra blankets even though it was mid-December. It had everything necessary for a comfortable stay (shampoo, toilet paper, towels, slippers), as well as sparkling water and wine. Access to the accommodation is via an elevator, and coming from Beauvais Airport was easy by taking the Aerobus and changing two metro lines. The bathroom is not located inside the same room; however, this was not an issue at all, as it was right next door, and we were alone on the loft floor. Whenever we needed Ms. Laure, she was always willing and happy to help.

Positive: The location was perfect! You can walk to all the major attractions, groceries around the corner. The host Laure was very nice and helpful.
Negative: The shower was very small and the toilet was outside the room across the hall.
Summary: Because of the location, I would stay here again.

Negative: Not really suitable for cooking anything (so we didn't) and shower very small and awkward and the worlds smallest elevator.

Positive: I have been to Paris multiple times before and you honestly could not ask for a better location in Paris at this price point. It’s within short walking distance to the Louvre, Musée d'Orsay, Place de la Concorde, the Opera House, and Galeries Lafayette - just to name a few. If you're planning to queue for Cedric Grolet, their Opéra location is just a 5-minute walk away. If you like shopping, rue saint-honoré is literally at your door steps. The room itself is simple but comfortable. During my stay, there was some renovation work happening on the floor below during the day (nothing at night) but honestly - are you really going to be in your room all day when you're in Paris? The photos accurately reflect what the room looks like. It has all the essentials: kettle, hair dryer, fridge. The toilet is across the corridor, which some people might see as a downside, but I didn’t see another soul on my floor during my 5-day stay, so “sharing” wasn’t an issue at all. Keep in mind, you’re staying in a classic French building - so expect both the charm and quirks that come with it. It can get very warm in hot weather and the elevator is small (fits 2 only). However, the room faces the courtyard, so it’s peaceful with no street noise. Laure, the hostess, is lovely - super kind and helpful. In an age where scams and last-minute cancellations can ruin a trip, this place is a true gem. No wonder it's constantly booked out!

Positive: I came to Paris for the first time. the landlord texted the password for the door on the street, but I couldn't find the door. location details should be written more
Negative: there is also a shower in the room, but the door is not closed. maybe it's my fault, but I didn't know the toilet was communal. there was dust in certain places in the room, it triggered my allergies a little.

Positive: The location was superb, could not have been better. Although very small it was clean and had everything we needed. Hostess Laura was very friendly , helpful and accommodating.
