Summary: From the check in to the check out, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. After an exhausting day of traveling, Federico was waiting for us at the flat to let us in. He even helped us with our bags. He showed all the amenities and even helped us figure out how to navigate the city. The flat was immaculate and the perfect size for our family. The flat is in an ideal location to many attractions either walking distance or via metro. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Paris. Thank you Marco and Federico!

Summary: What a perfect location for our 3 day stay. Walking from the 2nd floor flat to the Tullieries (10 min), Louvre (20 min), Eiffel Tower (40 min), Notre Dame (40 min), Sacre Coeur (45 min), the Mariah (45 min), and finishing with a stroll down the Champs Elysees to the Arc de Triumph (1 hour) was perfect with plenty of cafes and restaurants along the way. Would definitely come again.

Summary: Frederico contacted us and arranged to meet us at the apartment. He showed us around and sent us places to eat locally. The apartment was lovely, very french. The only problem was it was hot. They did supply fans though.

Summary: Our family of 5 stayed here for 4 nights. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. We used both bedrooms (with the trundle) and the sofa bed. No A/C as stated and as is normal for Europe, but fans were in each room, and the windows opened to a quiet courtyard. My only issue is that there is a lingering old-smoke smell that was not expected. It wasn’t a deal breaker for us, but to some it might be. It is an older building that I jokingly/lovingly refer to as an old French woman who is showing her age but was obviously a beauty in her glory days. The location is fantastic and a short 5-minute walk to the Opera metro station. There is food, drink, and shopping all over the area. We did a ton of walking, day and night, and always felt safe. Check-in and out was easy and very accommodating. I loved it with the only exception being the old smoke smell.

Summary: It’s not a fancy but very practical apartment. We traveled with adult kids so each had a separate space to sleep and having two full baths was very convenient. Location is great as one is within 2-3 km of major attractions. Louvre is at walking distance. Marco was very attentive to our needs and requests.
