Positive: The apartment was nice and clean. Good WiFi. Private parking. Nice view.
Negative: The pillows were uncomfortable. The walls were thin and we could hear a whole conversation in the next room while we were trying to fall asleep. But after that it was nice and quiet.
Summary: Nice and clean apartment.

Positive: The room is small but comfortable for two people. There is a flat TV screen, a kitchen sink, a kettle for heating water, a fridge and a portable hotplate as well as basic kitchen utensils and a few pots. No washing machine, microwave and toaster as stated. The place is quiet and peaceful. There is a parking space for 3 cars next to the house. The owner, who the agency put us in touch with during our check-in by phone, was very kind and helpful.
Negative: The bathing space is very small. The shower curtain further reduces the space because it moves inward during bathing. I didn't like the curtain sticking to my body while showering. I was not able to move the curtain outside of the shower cabin because there is no channel for the water to drain outside the shower cabin. There are no mosquito nets, and there were a lot of mosquitoes outside at this time of the year. We had to keep the window closed even though it was a bit stuffy in the room. There was dust on the table and furniture. There was trash left in the trash bin by the previous occupants of the room. The towels smelled like stagnant water after they got wet, although they initially (when were still dry) smelled like fabric softener.
Summary: A small but practical designer furnished studio for two
