Summary: We booked this lovely studio apartment to have a landing spot while visiting our Nashville-area college student. We absolutely loved it!! It is very well-appointed and super comfortable. The Mercantile is in the quaint downtown area, right above a coffee shop (wonderful vibe) with several conveniences nearby (Walmart, local grocery store, and several restaurant options). We tried Mi Rancho Mexican across the street, it was reasonably priced and delicious. Overarchingly, Amanda is a great host- readily available if anything is needed, but non-intrusive. Actually, the studio apt was so cozy, our college student aimed to hang out with us at the apt as much as her schedule allowed: win-win! It was an easy 25-30 min drive to Nashville; we will definitely stay again when in town. Thanks, Amanda, for sharing this wonderful studio apt, we will be back!

Summary: Great location! The bed was very comfortable, shower had great water pressure and perfect temperature. Basic amenities provided. Amanda was great and responded quickly when I had a question. Great location on Main Street, within walking distance to eateries. The coffee shop below the room wasn’t open while we stayed. Very clean!

Summary: It was very clean and right across the street from a little park/govt building with free parking. Close to convenience stores and very cozy and well decorated. Very easy to check in.

Summary: Adorable spot above a coffee shop in a quaint little Tennessee town. This apt. has EVERYTHING you need for a comfortable stay whether for a weekend or a week. The bed is sooo comfortable!!
