2 Bedroom Apartment in Central Okanagan, Kelowna

Contemporary design and unforgettable views over Kelowna, Okanagan Lake and the Valley. Right above us is the Myra Canyon and the Kettle Valley Railway trestles. Myra Canyon Lodge is only 20 min from downtown and Kelowna's sunny beaches.
Our steep driveway requires good winter tires and ideally a 4x4 car in winter until March. We are 890 meters in elevation.
Located on the upper floor. Studio with King bed in a loft area.130 square m covered decks span around the complete house. You can follow the sun all day long ! Ensuite bathrooms with shower, inside and outside dining area. This is a one room Studio with wet bar and dining area on the lower level and a king bed in the loft area.
OPTIONAL FOR 4 GUESTS:
Families with children or 2 couples are able to book the identical adjacent room with own bathroom and loft king bed for $75 per person/night. Both rooms together make a wonderful option to share one suite with 2 dedicated bedrooms.
We are a TV free accommodation and promise that you won’t miss it with our stunning views. Fibre Optic High Speed Internet provided for free. Bedding, towels and toiletries, coffee/tea and basic spices are provided.
Owner and Operator is the von Andrian Family. We came from Germany in 2012 and left our old jobs (Lawyer/Teacher) to follow our dreams: Doing something with people and sport. And here we are !
Nature, wildlife, endless sport activities and beaches - all that is around us.
We are surrounded by the Myra-Bellevue Provincial Park. Cycling, downhill biking, hiking, boulder + rock climbing, jogging, golf, wine and so much more to be found within 20 min around the ranch. Public transportation is far away. You will need a car to get around.
Our rooms have three main elements: Wood, Glass and White.
We/You have incredible views over the valley and no TVs in our rooms - and you won't miss them! Experience the unforgettable sunsets from one of our decks.Our ranch has a dedicated guest area and the host family lives in a separate part of the house. The ranch is all yours to enjoy !

Summary: This is a wonderful place to stay! I spent two nights in Studio Bird - the room was well equipped, and the views fantastic. The wrap-around porch and loft bedroom are the standouts. Kathrin and Rudolf were great hosts! I will definitely be recommending this to others, and will stay there again myself!

Summary: Lovely place to visit from down-under. Polar opposite in a lot of ways to home. The hosts were fantastic and the views spectacular.

Summary: Celebrated a small family reunion with 12 adults. Booked 3 suites including the Bear, Eagle and Bird Suites. It was perfect! Lots of room/beds, and the Bear suite was the perfect gathering place for cooking, dinner and visiting together. The views from the deck and hot tub were beautiful. It was a central location and albeit we were in “Kelowna” we did not feel like we were in the city. Both Rudolf and Kathrin were gracious hosts - the Suites were incredibly clean, stocked with all your kitchen needs and the layout and furnishings were well thought out for larger groups. Located close to the KVR trails - it offered us great access to the trellis’s for walking and also the Crawford mountain bike trails. Something for everyone to do as our age range was 19-80 years. We would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting a quiet getaway with lots to do!!

Summary: A great location for Myra Canyon, Bike Trails and just being somewhere beautiful and peaceful! Amazing accomodation, clean, comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Stunning views from every window. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Plan to go back there with friends.

Summary: My husband and I stayed at the Myra Canyon Lodge for 4 nights in October 2023. We stayed in the Studio Bird apartment and it was ideal for our requirements. The apartment inside is lovely with everything that you need and the outside deck is amazing. The views are lovely and we had some beautiful sunsets. The lodge itself is very close to the Myra Canyon rail grade, which was our primary reason for visiting Kelowna, so that made it really convenient. But, it is also only a 20 minute drive into Kelowna, so easy to get into the city for a night out. Would definitely stay here again if we visit Kelowna in the future.
