Positive: Very close to Disney. Clean and with everything we needed. Beds set up ready for us which after a long day of travel was much appreciated. Lovely little village. Felt safe and it was quiet. Instructions to get in were very clear and the owners had excellent communication. Will definitely stay again.

Positive: It was cosy and had a disneyland feel to it. It was also very close to disneyland itself which is a big plus. I found it to be good value for money especially that it’s so close to disneyland and Paris and it’s a fully functional apartment. Contact with the hosts was also a very positive experience, everything was very clearly explained and we got a few useful tips on how to navigate the area. There’s a parking space available that’s reserved to the booking and it’s a big convenience. The facilities in the apartment are in good condition and relatively new.
Negative: The only thing that would be a minus is the sound of cars driving next to the apartment from time to time at night. We did sleep with the window open which made them louder so closing the window at night solves that issue.

Positive: I recently had the pleasure of staying at Fabrice and Sylvia’s beautiful flat near Disneyland Paris with my daughter, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this stay was going to exceed our expectations. The flat was immaculate—clean, tidy, and spacious. It was incredibly well-furnished and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in maintaining the property was evident, and it felt like a home away from home. The value for money was outstanding. The flat offered far superior comfort and space compared to traditional hotels at a very reasonable price. In short, Fabrice and Sylvia have made our Disneyland Paris trip a dream come true. If I could give more than 10 out of 10, I would. Thank you both for an unforgettable stay!

Positive: The property was in a fantastic location to Disneyland. Very clean neighbourhood. Very clean apartment and has everything you need. The underground car park is amazing.
Negative: The beds were extremely uncomfortable. They’re sofa beds so I guess you could expect that but I wouldn’t be able to stay there again simply because of how uncomfortable the beds were. Also it was extremely hot in the apartment and if you opened up the Juliette balcony doors you then let in all the mosquitoes. The apartment could benefit from one bed being a proper bed and also a small AC unit

Positive: The kitchen is renowned for its cleanliness, along with the general neatness of the apartment. We hired a car and it only took us 10-15 minutes to reach Disneyland. Supermarkets are also conveniently close, approximately a 10-minute drive from the apartment.
Negative: Retrieving the keys and garage remote control feels like a treasure hunt. The instructions seem a bit confusing, I'm not sure if that's the French style, with lots of spinning around. Additionally, there seems to be a lack of separation between the kitchen and the sleeping area, as well as regarding the bed placement (I've never seen such an arrangement like this before lol). Also, no bidet, and we are not used to it because we are Italians and we need water to wash not just toilet paper.
Summary: It's a quick getaway in Paris and nothing to complain about our stay, all is good.
