Positive: Small but perfectly formed, we are 2 adults, a teenager and a pre teen and it was perfect for us. Just enough of what you need, everything clean, dishwasher was helpful, we made basic food nights after getting in late from Disney, host very helpful, location excellent with train being quick and easy from Paris and Disney. Great local shops and restaurants, we got Uber eats a couple of times which was very straightforward
Negative: Not much but if I was being picky a hand towel for the bathroom would have been good and the pillows weren’t brilliant.
Summary: Brilliant stay, wouldn’t stay anywhere else now

Positive: The appartement was perfect for our disney trip. It had everything we needed. There are a supermarket, a pharmacy, restaurants and the train station literally on the door step which really helped. The host Christine was very helpful and made sure our stay was great. The instructions to get the keys were well explained too. We will definitely come back.

Positive: Ease and location to Rer station. Underground carpark. All facilities within apartment and full-size fridge/freezer. Garden deck area would be amazing if we stayed longer to enjoy.

Positive: The proximity to the train station is amazing. It is a small apartment but as we were essentially just stopping there for convenience to Disney it didn’t matter. It’s a first floor apartment with a lift access. Underneath there are shops but there was no noise. There is also a terrace - which I guess is on the roof of the shops. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed - we didn’t do any cooking or eating in the apartment so can’t comment on that those facilities. You collect the key and drop it back to a key safe about a 2 minute walk away which made it convenient as we were delayed arriving. There seemed to be a lot of supermarkets, pharmacies etc locally. We ate at the panda restaurant which is an all you can eat restaurant (you put in orders of what you want to eat, not a help yourself buffet) and that was lovely. Christine sent lots of helpful videos on where to find the key, apartment and where to put the rubbish etc before arrival.
Negative: The property had a water leak before we arrived and the wooden laminate floor had a large bump in, which we kept forgetting about - Especially when popping to the loo in the night. The leak also meant that the bathroom door wouldn’t shut fully. There was only 2 bath towels (not particularly large) no hand towels in the bathroom.

Positive: Nice apartment, everything you need including a spacious terrace . Extremely close to the train station RER A, the trains are silent so don't worry about the noise. Supermarkets , butchery, bakery around. You are 40 min away from Paris and 10 min from Disneyland. Self check-in.
