Summary: We loved this little studio which was exactly as stated in the advertisement: quiet, traditional decor, clean and comfortable. Our host could not have been more helpful and friendly. The location is perfect for nature lovers as well as those who want to visit historical and cultural hot spots such as Assisi, but without being surrounded by the usual tourist traps. Highly recommended.

Summary: Just spent a very relaxing week in this apartment. Small but very comfortable, best bed ever! We were able to cook some wonderful meals using produce that we simply can't get in London and the quality of air and peaceful surroundings made it simply ideal as we were desperate to get away from pressurized London. The owners are extremely kind and very generous and always on hand to help and advise. The flat is well-heated with plenty of hot water and is very well maintained. A much-needed peaceful break. Summary: The house inside is carefully and conveniently equipped. Both inside (in framings) and outside windows you have dream images. The hosts are a nice family extremly helpful and friendly. The house is good if you like the atmosphere of Italian close proximity (we did very much). The location is perfect – at the border of Marche and Umbria, one can both visit Italian hits and discover the nobody-known mountain retreats or travel quickly to the seaside by a free highway.

Summary: "Staying at at this place was amazing! Owner and his family were among the kindest and most hospitable people we met during our 4 weeks in Italy. My husband and I began our trip here and we didn't want to leave after 6 nights of staying here! The flat was very clean and decorated with a rustic motif, which was fitting to the fact it was built around 1736. Incredible! When we arrived the owner helped us very much by meeting us at the train station and helping us with our car rental. We drove just outside Fabriano to Melano the quiet little village where the flat was and found everything to be just perfect. It was a wonderful spot with singing birds and a peaceful atmosphere. We were even greeted with Italian music and a delicious Raspberry tort made especially for us by a neighbor in the village. This is a perfect location for a base to explore the Marche region, which I would also highly recommend doing. We also had an unforgettable dinner in a renovated castle looking over the region with the owner and his family. We never would have found this place, had they not invited us out with them, and it was remarkable. If you are coming to this area of Italy don't miss your chance to stay here as you will find the flat charming and the hospitality of the owners to surpass your expectations of great service. We will definitely be staying here again if we are blessed with another opportunity to visit the Le Marche region."
