Positive: The studio was clean and we slept well. Although is very simple furnished, we had everything we need, including an iron and a hair dryer. The personal was very helpful and the check-in, check-out was very easy with no contact.

Positive: The property is very clean, welcoming and has everything needed for a city break for a great price. It is close to public transport making it an ideal location to move around Brussels. The location is also great as it is right beside a beautiful park. I would absolutely recommend this property.

Positive: The room was big and had the things you needed. It was also clean.

Negative: I was not sure how to get the heating working, I messaged the host but didn't hear anything back. I figured it out later but was not sure how to keep it on, seemed like it was on a timer, so I WAS OFTEN COLD. THIS IS PERTAINING TO THE BEDROOM, THE HEATER WAS FINE IN THE OTHER ROOMS (sorry accidentally left caps lock on). Some of the decor and parts of the property could do with a refurbishment as some things were dated. Overall it was still a good stay. The Basilica is also a 5-10 minute walk away, which was nice.

Positive: Decent, friendly, clean and warm apartment with enough equipment for two people in a very good location (a few steps through the park to the subway). The staircase also looks recently repainted.

Negative: In the evenings and at night it was a bit noisy, probably due to the renovation of the floor above so it's probably a temporary inconvenience.

Summary: Decent place for two people at very reasonable price
