Positive: I was so fortunate to find Studio Near Historic Sites! This apartment was indeed located near the places where I wanted to visit and the price was less than half of what hotels were asking:) The manager was very responsive and courteous (via email) if I had questions about anything. The apartment had a window A/C unit and an overhead fan which made the room temperature cool. This was a necessity for sleeping well during summer nights.

Positive: The location was excellent - pretty streets and close to the centre city. The flat has almost everything you need - bathroom, iron, hair dryer, fridge, oven, coffee machine etc. Bed is comfortable and hosts were friendly over messaging.
Negative: The WiFi was practically non-existent, and the hosts advised I try an alternative network that wasn’t available. They have said they will try and improve it but it means the flat wasn’t really as advertised with wifi that appeared to be leeching off other buildings. Another reviewer has mentioned but there was no duvet cover which felt a little weird. Considering the accommodation type was “apartment with balcony” with a “spa bath and fireplace” I’d say that it’s a bit more basic than this. More like a shower (with great pressure to be fair!), a fire escape, and blankets but no fireplace.
Summary: Great location with everything you need, but just the basics.
