Summary: Positives noted above. Negatives include low ceilings in bath and bedroom (in places), uneven floors, poor artificial lighting, poor TV reception, and--the biggest problem--rodents. Both mice and rats. On the first night mice knocked to the floor packaged food and ate through a loaf of bread. Another night they rattled their box trap at length while they were dying of poison. One afternoon late we spotted a dead rat against the bedroom baseboard just a few feet from the bed. The owners are aware of course and trying to fix this problem. They have employed two pest control companies--the representatives of one would come regularly to check the rat traps in the attic. Manager Charity handled everything with professionalism and friendliness.
