Welcome to our little paradise in Florida!
Come and enjoy some magic days at our Barra Villa Resort, which is well renowned for its sophisticated and playful atmosphere. The resort consists all in all of 8 lovely apartments and studios.
Lucky us that we found and bought this cute house next to our Barra Villa I!
The house consists of 3 units: the "Apartment Pelican", the "Apartment Flamingo" and the "Studio Turtle".
Each accommodation has its own entrance as well as a private bathroom, kitchen, and living-/sleeping-area. If requested, we are able to connect the Apartment Flamingo and the Studio Turtle to one big apartment which offers space for up to 5 adults.
The common outdoor area offers many different seating possibilities.
If you let us know early, it’s also possible to rent the entire house or the entire Resort.

Relish a maximum level of comfort at our one-room Studio Turtle! By choosing an attractive design for the room and a balanced choice of colors, we created a haven of peace, relaxation, and recreation.
True to the motto "small but nice", the studio is equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay at our home. You´ll find all necessary crockery and silverware as well as dish towels and, of course, a small dining area for up to two guests in the kitchen.
Through a second door in the kitchen, you enter the redesigned wooden terrace and the greened garden.
A window in the bathroom, which is equipped with a shower, toilet, and a sink, lets the first sun rays already shine in the morning.

Summary: Smaller than we anticipated. Very clean. Enjoyed the pool, the ability to walk to town. The walls are thin and we could hear people talk on the other side. We used the grill to cook out. Property Manager was very responsive. All in all a good stay.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at Studio Turtle. It's part of a complex of a two homes (split into individual units) with a shared pool. It was a little too cool to use the pool so I can't speak to that. Studio Turtle is probably the smallest unit, but it's fine for two people. The kitchen is very well stocked, the bed is comfy, the bath is roomy and the shower heads, yes there are two, are great. There's a shared back porch with tables and chairs where we'd end our evening with a glass of wine. The location is within walking distance to restaurants, a Publix grocery store and Ford/Edison estates. The property manager, Marlene, was very responsive to texts and let us check in early since we had a very early flight into Ft. Myers. And Judith, who was cleaning the unit, was also very helpful and friendly. Gracias! Only two things to know about this unit: there is a step up from the kitchen to the bed/bath area. If you have mobility issues, you should know this. Also, this unit is in a building with 2 other units and the walls are very thin. We could here a cellphone conversation clearly in the unit next door. Otherwise, for the price and location, highly recommend.

Summary: Great place to stay and pool was great. Could use a cover as the water was very warm some days. The studio had everything we needed and was neat and clean when we arrived.

Summary: May 6- June 3 Property is in a great location, walking distance to downtown and a short drive to the beaches. The unit was clean, comfortable and the pool was well maintained. I enjoyed my stay in the Turtle unit, very peaceful and relaxing. I would definitely stay again

Summary: I went to Florida the day after my birthday just for a little get a way and change of scenery. This studio was more than enough for me. It comes equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and has a portable AC machine that made white noise all night. The bathroom was large and the neighborhood was quiet. It was more than enough for just me and I would definitely stay there again.
