Positive: Excellent location and value for money for the area. For a long weekend where you aren't planning on being inside the room much and just need somewhere to sleep, it's perfect. It's very quiet with no street noise at night and feels safe and secure. The major sights are mostly walking distance through nice streets and the area, Saint-Germain des Pres, is the best area to stay in Paris, as well as being close to the Latin Quarter and Sorbonne. Many excellent boulangerie, bars and bistros nearby too. You probably won't get a better location for the price without a significant decline in quality of accommodation. We didn't use the small kitchen facility at all as we really just slept, showered and changed there and spent all day out in Paris to make the most of it. However, it seemed to be completely equipped and had most things if you were to use it for a meal in to save cost.
Negative: The bathroom was a bit dirty unfortunately. There were small amounts of black mould growing in the grout and sealant. There was also a reasonable amount of someone else's hair stuck to the tiled walls. The cleanliness of the rest of the studio was perfectly fine though.
Summary: Best location for the best value, perfect for being out in Paris all day but bathroom a bit dirty

Positive: Host was exceptional - responsiveness exceeded expectation! Great location, taxi dropped us exactly in front of doorway. Easy to locate the keys. Close to everything - cafes, bars, wine shops, grocers. Apartment was compact, excellent water presser for hot water showers. Exactly what you need for a short stay.
Negative: It is compact, so plan accordingly. Opening luggage was tricky.

Positive: I loved the location of the flat and was so happy that it was so secluded despite being in such a central location. The flat was well appointed for all my needs and clean and beautiful. The directions provided by the host were more than adequate and left me with no concerns.
Negative: I wouldn't change a thing.
Summary: I had a lovely visit in Paris and would stay there again.

Positive: Great location, near Luxembourg Park and Saint Sulpice. The kitchenette was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. Nice, hot shower. Sophie, the owner, was flexible and helpful. She let us leave our bags in the room for a few hours before and after the scheduled check in and check out times.
Negative: It was a bit cool at night as the radiator was eco set to 19 degrees. Not much daylight coming through the windows. No extractor fan in kitchenette or bathroom.
Summary: A nice, well equipped studio in a great location.

Positive: The apartment was close to public transport and walking distance to the sites of Paris. It was roomy and it was nice to have a kitchen.
Negative: Nothing. It would have been nice though if there was a washing machine but it didn’t detract from our visit.

Positive: The best feature of this place is its location. It is close by to everything by walking distance. The are of Saint germain des pres is beautiful, safe and has a lot of shops (both grocery and clothes shopping). The appartment is located at the groundfloor but it is inside a patio so it is safe. It is equiped with everything you need even for a longer stay (we even had coffee capsules waiting for us when we arrived). The room and bathroom are both very clean (especially for a place in Paris), it smells nice in the room (no mold smell). We even had shower gel and liquid soap both in kitchen and bathroom. The bed is really confortable. There is an iron and hairdrier (very nice to have). The place is quiet (even if you can hear 1-2 neighbours passing in the bulding hallway, it happens very rarely and is not something that can bother you). The host is responsive and always there to help. We had a really great stay and will come again when in Paris.
Negative: Had some troubles with the wifi but the host was very responsive and everything can we resolved easily.
Summary: Perfect place for 2 persons to stay in the center of Paris. Good value for the money
