The Riesling suite is in the heart of wine country and is close to the famous Wildseed Farms, and wineries such as Messina Hof, Mendelbaum, and Grape Creek. It’s even close to Luckenbach!
The Riesling suite has all the comforts of home and this charming suite offers everything today's traveler wants, in a private setting. Summary: We enjoyed the location, but the road leading up to location needed a bit of work. There could have been some tissues in the bathroom. We used the hot tub daily, but found the chemicals began to lose their potency and by the last day, the tub had a bad odor. The private yard was a big plus and the grill was great. The indoors could have used a better dusting and a few nicks in the wall could have been fixed and painted, but other that that the place was nice.

Summary: This place was a perfect location just outside of fredericksburg. Close enough to drive to every day and far enough to not feel the bustling of the city. Right off the highway but set back enough to not hear the traffic from the main road even while sitting outside. No complaints.

Summary: We have stayed 3 times in this particular cottage. We love it. We didn't love the mouse that was there, though. We opted to leave a day early when we discovered that there was no covering to the hole where the tv cable enters the wall. While we do realize this is "out in the country," we prefer to keep the little four legged friends outside of the cottage. We were very pleased with the property manager. She was wonderful and moved us to another location for our final night of our stay.
