Positive: Clean and tidy with a couple of little touches to help when you arrive, coffee for the machine and a bottle of wine and water and some hand soap in the bathroom. Everything you need in the kitchen and more. Very good sized bed with extra bedding if needed. Little welcome book giving bits of information, location of food shops and other markets, and a metro map to help with travel around. Overall a nice value for money apartment with the added benefit of underground parking which for me was a must due to my use of a motorbike. The cafe next to the entrance of the building is a little gem and must be visited for a coffee and sweet treat, or a more filling meal. The other food places located around are worth a visit too especially the curry hut.
Negative: There were only a few things that could have been explained, like plugging the boiler in for hot water for the shower and the spare pillow had a stain on it, but these didn't detract from the stay. This part isn't a dislike but more of a suggestion that would for me have made it a little easier for me, leave the welcome information on the side so you don't have to look for it and maybe add some information about the boiler and also what coffee pods to used in the machine would be useful. Again, personal preference, the tv would benefit from being able to be moved so you can view it from the sofa and change it if you want to watch it in bed too. The addition of some of the local food place menus or cards would be helpful too but not essential.

Positive: In general spacious, clean, sufficient. The location was perfect to attend an event at Fórum Tecnológico de Lisboa (LISPOLIS)
Negative: A tiny kitchen with the only table that could be used as a working surface.

Positive: Small studio located in a quiet, safe residential area. Good for a couple. A little bit of a trek from the centre by public transport but peace and quiet made up for it. Lovely cafe right next door with friendly helpful staff. NIce to pop down for breakfast. There is parking, which is great if you have a car. Supermarket and pharmacy very close by. Also a few restaurants.
Negative: For what it was, it was fine. The bathroom is looking tired and needs a refresh. But the place is spotlessly clean. Could have done with more pillows. Metro was a bus ride away but all quite manageable and the buses are on time.
Summary: Clean, cute little studio in a safe and friendly area. Convenient to the airport.
