Positive: Great location, very clean, everything new and lovely attention to detail. Highly recommend.
Negative: Need to walk up 3-4 flights of stairs. Wasn't a bother to me but to be kept in mind for those that may have luggage or mobility considerations.

Positive: A lovely, clean, safe place with wonderful views and swallows dancing in the sky at dawn and sunset. The hosts were kind and responsive, and it felt refreshing to interact with real people rather than an abstract customer service. Their thoughtfulness is evident in the design of the miniflat, and they were extremely patient when I struggled with the internet and accidentally reset the password. They also kindly let me check in a couple of hours early, which I really appreciated. I especially loved the hairdryer with a diffuser for curly hair — such a simple detail, yet so rarely found even in expensive hotels. Though compact, it is all very well organised, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches such as the coffee capsule supply for my three-day stay. The flat itself is on the top floor facing an inner courtyard, offering a secluded spot with a beautiful view over Toulouse’s rooftops. Of course, this also means climbing several stairs, hearing the neighbours’ voices and music through the courtyard (if windows are open), and the space heating up quickly during a heatwave, as it did in early June. Thankfully, a fan is provided and using the wooden blinds in the morning helps a lot.
Negative: I am quite sensitive to dust and noticed a little too much in hidden spots (behind the bed or on the plastic plants). There is also a ventilation system that hums in the evening and night, though earplugs solve this easily. Personally, I also find high tables and chairs uncomfortable — but that’s just a matter of preference. But all considered, I would be very happy to stay here again if I return to Toulouse!

Positive: We liked the apartment per se, but there was no AC inside. So it was extremely hot! Apart from that, the apartment is well-equipped. There is a washing machine, a good shower, a comfortable bed, lots of utilities and good kitchen equipment. It is also clean. The communication with the hosts is easy. We were even allowed to check out one hour later than planned.
Negative: As there is no AC in the apartment (not even a mobile one) it was extremely hot. There is only a ventilator which can not do the job. At times it was even hotter inside the apartment than outside! The apartment is quite small too and as mentioned before on the fifth floor without elevator. I would highly recommend the hosts to get a mobile AC as we were literally suffering from the heat. There are also a lot of insects inside the apartment. We even found a small lizzard.
