Positive: The host was very kind and communicative. He provided all the information on how to access the apartment and where to park the car. He also checked how we settled in and allowed us to leave at a convenient time without rushing us.

Negative: However, we found some issues with cleanliness and equipment. In the room, there was a carpet which we decided to remove, and underneath we found quite a lot of dirt. In the kitchen, we had to thoroughly wash and even scrub the dishes before using them. The apartment is meant for five people, but some dishes and utensils were available only for two or three, and there was not even a frying pan or normal knife.

Positive: Fantastic location right over the river, just on the edge of a charming town. It was close to great trails and had a lovely balcony and view. The spot is very quiet and the studio had everything I needed for a 5-day stay. Pascal was very easy to communicate with.

Negative: Everything was great! I'd come back anytime. Note: if you're arriving to the village by bus, stock up on groceries in Orsieres. Bourg St. Pierre doesn't have a grocery store and buses are infrequent enough that it's just easier to get food on the way up the valley.

Summary: A simple but really nice and comfy space to base out of in a great Swiss village.

Positive: Very cosy studio with amazing view from the terrace. Warm and comfortable Pascal is very helpful and responded to any queries quickly. Peaceful beautiful place.

Negative: A coffee jug or machine would have been good. On our last evening the fridge and cooker broke

Positive: Comfortable and clean suite in wood with exit to the nice terrace. Cute and very useful kitchen. Parking. Many marked hiking trails from the historic village. Fresh air in the summer.
