Positive: The location was very good- around a lot of cafes and restaurants. The apartment has a coffee machine, and two air conditions, which was very good, as the apartment tends to get very hot. We liked that the toilet was separate from the shower area.
Negative: Although the location is good, it gets very noisy- you can hear the sounds from the street and neighbours, which can wake you up during the night. We arrived at our approved check-in time, but the cleaning lady was still there, and told us to come back in 30min. Came back around 50 minutes later, and she was still there. It was not pleasant, as we were tired from our trip, and because of this some parts were left unattended, not cleaned properly. The owner did reach out to us and apologize, as well as ask if we needed a late check-out, that was very nice and we appreciated it. The door lock sometimes did not lock automatically- you could lock it manually from the inside, but from the outside there was no way to lock it. Definitely not worth the 900€ we paid for two nights.
Summary: A fine central place, but not worth the price.

Positive: The property is surrounded by many wonderful options, such as cafes, restaurants of various kinds, shops, laundry service, etc. It’s truly convenient and at the same time an attractive neighborhood. I especially appreciated that the metro was down the street one way and the big Department store «Le Bon Marche » along with its large high end supermarket/delicatessen was towards the other end of the street. Cindy was very kind and responsive with any questions I had, and had some good restaurant recommendations for my family. Would stay here again.

Positive: The location is absolutely perfect in a nice area with lots of eating places and a few minutes walk to the metro or buses. Very clean apartment and works well for a family with teenagers with having 3 separate spaces. Cindy was lovely and very good at communicating.
Negative: The sofa bed could be more comfortable. The stairs to the bottom room were fine for us but wouldn’t suit the elderly or young kids.
Summary: Loved it. Perfect location and very clean apartment. Good for families with teenagers.
