Positive: Due to an unforeseen situation, the property was unfortunately not available on the day of our arrival. However, the host was absolutely excellent throughout. He could not apologise enough and went well above and beyond to help us secure alternative accommodation for our stay in the area. Following the cancellation caused by these unexpected circumstances, the host and his team showed genuine kindness and care by ensuring we were able to access the property free of charge for the second night as a heartfelt apology. All in all, this was a wonderful example of outstanding hospitality. We are truly grateful for the effort, support, and generosity shown by the host and his team, and we would have no hesitation in booking with them again — and, if possible, staying at this property in the future.

Negative: Parking not available outside the property for most of the stay due to other vehicles. I would have preferred a Freeview TV that would give viewing without having to have an Amazon account.
