Registo nº 44659/AL Stunning 5 bedroom ( 2 ensuite) 4 bathroom house with large outdoor pool, situated within the urbanization of Audiencia, next to Praia Verde, in the unspoilt East Algarve, 15km from Tavira and 8km from Vila Real de Santo Antonio. Set among pine trees and close to all amenities the house is five minutes walk (400 metres) from the superb sandy beach and two restaurants and a cafe/bar. Casa Brian 1 is within a few minutes drive of five superb golf courses, including the new Jack Nicklaus, Monte Rei course, and backs onto a national reserve of pine trees. Casa Brian 1, laid out over three floors with large terraces overlooking the large swimming pool. In addition it boasts a roof terrace with views over the national park and the sea, and is luxuriously furnished throughout its five bedrooms, large living room, conservatory dining room together with a large luxuriously appointed, open plan kitchen. The beautiful Ria Formosa!: The Ria Formosa in the Algarve is a beautiful labyrinth of lagoons separated from the sea by a coastal dune system which is broken up by various natural inlets. Summary: Eleven of us stayed in this lovely villa for a week, including five grandchildren aged two to thirteen. Excellent facilities and only a ten minute walk to a lovely beach. The pool was well used and communication was easy.

Summary: Although we understand that at night we should respect and be aware with music and noise during the day ( kids playing on the pool) is normal and the neighbor was complaining. The house of is great and perfect for us but this aspect was disturbing

Summary: Initially a few minor complaints which were sorted out promptly and efficiently, Close to the beaches and a bakery /shop/bar 5 minutes walk. Lovely walk along the beach to Monte Gordo takes about 15 minutes. Edite Felix of Green Rounds was always available for longer trips. Great place and the Portuguese were very friendly.

Summary: The booking process, communications with owner/manager (including perfect instructions for getting to the property and into the property), well-equiped kitchen, family area, very clean pool and pool area for informal extended family visiting/eating, bedrooms, and bathrooms all worked very well for us. The house (with its appliances, kitchen set-up, and bathrooms) and neighborhood are quite new and provide easy access to the beach, to grocery shopping, to the wonderful little town of Tavira, and to all of the other treasures of the Algarve including the must-see Cabo Sao Vicente. All in all, we (our adult children and all of our grandchildren) were able to comfortably celebrate our 50th anniversary in one of our favorite parts of the world.

Summary: We had a great stay. We travelled as an extended family of 11 with children from 8-17 and everyone enjoyed it. The house was clean and spacious. Large and clean pool. Interaction with hosts was perfect with fast response to questions/requests. The area is relatively newly developed, but not overdeveloped - villas, not high-rise. There is a really nice bar with coffee, beer and snacks about 200 meters from the house. The bar also has a small shop that sell basic things including bread. The beach is also within walking distance and is beautiful. There is a nice seafood restaurant there. Recommended

Summary: We were most impressed with the cleanliness of the villa. We had everything we could possibly need to enjoy a totally relaxing time in wonderful surroundings. Could not have wished for a better home from home. Thoroughly recommend this villa for 2 to 10 people, space for everyone. Roll on 2017

Summary: 12 of us stayed at this home in July for a week. I call it home because it had all the comfort and luxury of home. It was Beautiful, very spacious and well maintained and equipped with everything you can imagine and then some to make it so comfortable. The pool was awesome and the short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches was amazing. Andrew and Elsie were so nice, easy to deal with and very professional. We will defiantly deal with them again. Thank you for making our stay and holiday one we will always remember. Susy T.

Summary: This house is spacious, modern, luxurious and perfect for holidays in the sun. Amazing pool with table and seating in it! Walking distance to the white sandy beach which has two lovely restaurants. You can also walk to the local café and mini market which are always open, very reasonable and friendly. Easy drive from Faro airport and Spain. Monte Gordon and Altura are very close too. Will absolutely be going back here again. Plenty of room for 12 people. The down stairs bathroom and bedroom (sleeping four) was perfect for my disabled mother in law. Lots of fantastic golf couses near by . If you want a proper Portuguese location then this is it. If you want Southend on sea with sun then go to Albufera! All in all I say 10 out of 10.
