Summary: The property is beautiful, spacious and very clean in a lovely, private setting overlooking a lake. The accommodations were very tasteful and extremely comfortable. Our recommendation to the landlord would be to make sure that for large groups such as ours, provisions such as paper goods (toilet paper, paper towels, and disposable paper cups for the bathroom) as well as an adequate supply of bath and dishwasher soap are available.

Summary: This is a great spot for a large group of people for all age ranges. I recently brought my family here for a few days, there were 10 of us ranging in age from 18mo to 78yo and everyone was easily accommodated and entertained. The property management was very responsive as we had some questions throughout our stay. Would recommend staying here!

Summary: We enjoyed the house and nearby amenities. There is a short walk to the water through a park very close to the house, and the public beach, pool, playground and basketball court are all in walking distance. There was a nice swimming beach with a floating dock and the nearby pool was not too crowded. The spot was quiet and picturesque. The basement room was perfect for the 5 pre-teen kids. The only complaints were some wasps on the porch and poison ivy on the walkway leading to the house. Overall, it was exactly what we needed for our group of 11 including 7 kids!

Summary: We were there to attend wedding in Coxsackie and the house was a perfect spot to stay. The beds were good and the house had good furniture with some cool furnishings. Has full Gym with bars and weights. We did not use any of the facilities in the community. I would strongly recommend this place.
