Positive: Perfect place to relax and have a good time with friends and family. There is nothing to complain about. The host Maria is incredibly kind and support any requests. The house itself is comfortable and nothing is missing. The best part is the outside area and the location in general is perfect as every city you must see is more or less an hour drive away.

Positive: - amazing views of the Tuscan rolling hills - beautiful location: in the heart of Tuscany, many villages located within 10 minutes drive - Maria, our host was fantastic and gave us advice and help whenever we needed. We loved the welcome hamper on arrival - amazing swimming pool: very big and clean. Our kids had hours of fun (and so did we!) - Beautiful large terrace, always in the shade thanks to stunning trees. We had all our meals on the terrace. Bonus was a table football! - Chef's kitchen: it had everything and more that you would need. Two very large fridges were great. Beautiful and very spacious home, with lots of personal touches. We spent 12 fantastic nights here with our family and would love to come back. As it was the peak of the summer, with high temperatures, we were really glad to have the lovely pool to cool down in. Some tips of places to visit or to eat nearby: - Lari (castle, gelato, pasta factory) - La Fraschetta (pizzeria) in Lorenzana: terrace with amazing views! Maria kindly booked us a table here. - La Baracchino in Orciano Pisano: great foccacia place, best for lunch - Pizzeria L'Oasi (not far from house): lovely terrace in the woods - Fauglia: amazing gelato place! - Pizzaria Il Vicolo in Casciana Alta: lovely pizzeria in courtyard For the children: - aquarium in Livorno - Aqua Park in Cecina - beach in Tirrenia We also visited Pisa and Florence (best to park at tram park and ride). We did a big food shop in Lidl (approx. 15 minutes drive) and got some delicious fresh supplies from Busti.
Negative: - no aircondishioning. In the bedrooms we had ceiling fans, but airconditioning would definitely be a bonus during the hot summer season - upstairs showers could be modernised (the downstairs one was great and the one we mainly used)

Positive: We loved the fact that it was so peaceful, 3 days of pure relaxation. Maria was most helpful, friendly and was there to greet us at the property along with a wonderful welcome basket of goodies. The villa was clean and very equipped. The pool was the highlight with views of the Tuscan hills, just stunning!
Negative: The only thing we didn’t like was leaving the villa!
Summary: Perfect mini break within a peaceful location.

Positive: What a sense of hospitality! Maria is just wonderful! Always helpful, kind and discrete yet present. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and this is in particular because of the kindness of Maria. We arrived on May 1st and she had called to make sure nearby shops were open so we could buy some groceries. She even drove me herself! Good property, nice kitchen, good views.

Positive: The property is a traditional Italian villa which added to the experience. Pool was a great asset given the heat and the fact there is no air conditioning. Clean and spacious with an amazing commercial grade kitchen.
Negative: No air conditioning!
Summary: If you’re looking for an authentic Italian countryside experience, this is the place to be! Maria is an excellent host

Positive: Maria and her house are simply amazing! Maria is so friendly and warm! We've communicated totally uncomplicated via WhatsApp regarding arrival time and handover of the keys. During the week she was always available with very short-term answers and not only gave us restaurant recommendations, but even made reservations in restaurants for us! She also prepared some basic food when we arrived - so really a simply amazing host! The house is EXACTLY like on the pictures, I've never had so precise and honest pictures - nice pool, nice and quite neighborhood, stunning view and a large house with several rooms and an absolute professional level kitchen with two (!) fridges and dish washers. Also very important are the fly screens in front of every window!
Negative: As we've visited in July, probably the hottest month, we would have appreciated an air condition (although of course pretty unusual in Italy). But there were some fans that already helped! The ceiling fan in the smaller bedroom was a little noisy, but that's it and probably not an issue in months that are not that warm.
Summary: Fantastic stay in an amazing house with the warmest host ever!
