You can get it all with this rare property: a great location right in the center of The Villages, totally renovated about 3 years ago and upgraded designer home, and your own private heated pool and spa in a secluded backyard overlooking the ancient oaks on one of the villages championship courses.
Enjoy dancing or shopping steps away at Lake Sumter Landing. Engage in your favorite activities at nearby recreation centers. Play golf at the one of the four 27 hole championship courses or ten executive course within a 15 minute cart ride. And then take a refreshing dip in your own pool (heated if you happen be down in the chillier months).
This home is located in the center of The Villages, in Virginia Trace. Everything, from shopping to dining to golf to recreation is nearby. All three squares are 5 to 22 minutes away by cart.
Our recently renovated designer home has luxury furnishings, brand new appliances, stunning new floors with easy care tile throughout the living areas, and a beautiful screened lanai with a pool, spa, and even a fire pit for chilly evenings, all with sunset views of the Virginia championship golf course.
You enter the home into the bright living room with 75" smart HDTV and ample seating. This opens to the mid century modern dining room that seats six. Plenty of room for entertaining, but cozy enough for evenings in.
A larger slider opens completely from the living area to the outdoor patio and lanai, giving you a lovely place to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon drinks with views as far as the eye can see. Spend the afternoon grilling burgers while guests are splashing in your pool.
If you prefer indoor cooking, light and bright best describes the kitchen, with all new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and a sunny eat in nook. A five burner gas range and fully outfitted kitchen allows gourmets to go wild.
The spa like master suite has a king sized tempurpedic bed with a TV to snuggle up for late night movies. A walk-in closet gives you lots of room to unpack. The newly remodeled bathroom boasts a gorgeous soaking tub and a roomy walk in rain shower with a double vanity.
For guests the second cottage bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed, roomy bedside tables, and a organized closet with lots of room for clothes.
The intimate den features a 55 inch smart HDTV and full sized sleeper sofa for extra guests.
The guest bathroom has a rain shower over tub.
The indoor laundry room has a high capacity washer and dryer.
We are providing all linens, bath and pool towels, hair dryers, iron, a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill. Just bring your suitcase. The TVs include DirecTV with a house wide DVR recorder and a blu ray player in living room. High-speed internet and daily newspaper are included.
A 2 passenger golf cart is included, but if you need more capacity, we can arrange for a 4 passenger cart as well. There are as well, 2 bicycles for your use at the house.

Summary: Had a great stay with my family at this cozy home. Beds were super comfy in both bedrooms. House was immaculate and owner/management was very responsive to any inquiries we had. Kids loved playing in the pool. Even though it was a bit chilly the pool heat kept the pool a nice temp for us. We also had a blast driving around on the golf cart and didn’t have to use our car the whole 6 nights we were there. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: This property has a great location. A short walk from two recreation centers (including 10 total Pickleball courts) and it is very near Lake Sumpter Landing. These are places that it is good to be near. The house is spacious, laid out well and the lanai is the place you want to be! Two person hot tub, a pool to take a dip in, plenty of sunny and shaded space and a grill that gets good and hot. The final advantage of the property is the host. Great communication, lots of small touches like all items in the linen closet are labeled, the kitchen has lots of utensils and gadgets, and the product baskets in the bathrooms had not only soap shampoo conditioner and lotion, there was also travel size sunscreen , Q-tips and a travel razor. I also liked two bikes, a golf cart. The host even took care of our Villages guest passes. This place was perfect for visiting my folks and entertaining them in the Villages

Summary: Nice, quiet neighborhood on the golf course. Was able to walk to Sumter Square. Pool and hot tub were great temperatures. We had a problem with the golf cart and contacted Jeff, the property manager, and he upgraded our cart within the hour. He was easy to contact with questions regarding guest passes. Would highly recommend.

Summary: The house was wonderful as well as the location. I can definitely say Jeff was an amazing person the rent from. There were a few hiccups along the way, but he didn’t miss a beat helping us even though he was out of town across the country. He will definitely take care of you and bend over backwards to make your stay the best it can be. The house was nice, the pool and hot tub were great, and you can’t beat the location. Would definitely stay again knowing Jeff is there to support us in case we needed anything. Thanks Jeff!

Summary: Property was as described. Kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and appliances necessary to cook and eat in. Including blender, crockpot, plates, kuerig, coffee maker, and tea pot. Plenty of K-cups, laundry soap, beach towels. No need to bring your own taxables if you don’t want to. Garage was stocked with a nice electric golf car that seated 4, as well as his and hers bicycles and still left plenty of room to park your own vehicle. Things I wish I had brought were coffee creamer, lighted makeup mirror, and ice. They do have an ice maker, but with it empty upon arrival it takes a long time to make it. Overall we couldn’t have been more pleased with the house, pool, hot tub, and all the other amenities advertised. The location was excellent for us, as it was really close to Sumter Square, where we thoroughly enjoyed all the live music, shopping, and restaurants.
